Professional Photographer to come out and take photos. Includes a one time photo shoot and up to 32 photos maximum. Any additional photos or services requested , including special photo requests or additional photographer appointments beyond the one time included photo shoot will incur additional fees. Only the Broker can choose and purchase the photos from the photography company with a maximum of 32 photos purchased. Some smaller properties may have less than 32 photos taken due to the smaller property size. Once the photos are purchased & downloaded by Broker then no additional images can be exchanged or purchased.
