Listing term depends listing plan.
You may cancel listing at anytime, for any reason, unless your home is under contract. 
The MLS does not allow us to cancel, if a property is under contract.

We will list your property on your local MLS (Multiple Listing Service).  This will be the exact directory that your local Realtors use and that your competitors (other properties for sale) show their listings.  Buyers will be able to find your listing on public sites that upload from the MLS. A Transaction Management Fee of 1/10th of 1% of the sales price will be charged at closing.   This is a standard fee to cover management of the closing.  The closing attorney will collect this fee.
