Scott Marvin is Broker and Owner of Team Results Realty and has been a licensed real estate agent in Ohio since 2001. Prior to becoming a Realtor Scott worked for a prominent Ohio based home builder. During the housing crash Scott formed a company specializing in short sales and pre-foreclosure sales and saved hundreds of clients across Ohio from going into foreclosure. Scott has helped thousands of home sellers and buyer throughout his career. Scott shifted his business model in 2017 to a flat fee listing service. This style of selling homes has been very rewarding. Scott saved his combined clients over $1 million dollars in real estate commissions last year and at the same time continues to grow and increase sales volume.
