We charge NO back end fees like many other companies. Many companies are now charging a back end or what they call a compliance fee. There may be fees for changes on your listing.  

Listing term depends listing plan.
You may cancel listing at anytime, for any reason, unless your home is under contract. 

The MLS does not allow us to cancel, if a property is under contract.

We list properties for sale and for lease. We have all the forms that you will need for either transaction.

Most MLS systems in Texas have a max photo limit of 50. Some have more and some a little less. Please call or email us if you want to know the exact photos that can be put in your local area MLS.

Listing packages may have a photo limit.
 

You will be listed on many sites:

* Trulia
* Redfin
* HAR.com
* Homes.com
* and many more!

Once you are listed on the MLS you listing will automaticaly download to all the wedsites. These websites are a data feed from the MLS. If you have a FSBO listing on these sites, your listing will be replaced with your new MLS listing.
 

You will be listed on many Texas sites:
HAR.com
TexasRealEstate
and many more

Your contact info is on the MLS (private agent remarks), but will not be on public websites like Zillow as this cannot be done by any agent or any company. 
 

When the agent sends you an offer, you will receive it at that very moment. You will not have to wait on us to forward it to you.

We provide all necessary contracts, forms, disclosures, and addendums needed to sell or lease your property.

* Showing Time or Broker Bay
* Clients that do not use this service, will miss appointments due to the complexity of the agent having to set the appointment. It is highly recommended using Showing Time.

After each show, the appointment showing service emails each buyer agent for feedback. You will have access to the feedback on your app.

On our full service flat fee plan, we set up all sales documents for you to eSign, making the process much easier!
 

We hire a professional company to come out and take photos. Includes standard photos.
25-36 photos included, depending on area and size of property.
* Drones and other photo options are additional fees.

* Not available in all markets
* It is your responsibility to get key box back to us.
* Once you lock the key box, you will not be able to remove the key, only agents can do this.
