DFW MLS Listing Process

1. Select your listing plan.
2. Place your order online.
3. All listing procedures and legal documents are accessible in your client admin account.
4. Fill out the documents, upload photos, and provide a description.
5. Click submit and your listing will come to us to list.
6. We will add your listing to the MLS within 1-2 days after submission.
7. After you place your order, we will send the sign, lockbox (via UPS), and arrange for photos to be taken.
8. You will receive a copy of the listing for approval, and everything will be finalized on the MLS.

Once your listing is on the MLS, it will be visible on hundreds, if not thousands, of websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, HAR.com, Trulia, Redfin, and numerous others at the state, local, and national levels.

This is an excellent service for you because it eliminates the wait for us to send you the offer, allowing the process to begin swiftly.

Many sellers believe that full-service agent support is unavailable through flat fee listing services, but that's not the case with us, and our rates are incredible!

Here's what you can expect from our full-service plan: You'll receive your offer immediately via email, and it will also appear in your client admin account.
