  • Place your order online.  
  • All listing procedures and legal documents are accessible in your client admin account.
  • If you do a plan that includes a market analysis, we do this quickly for you and discuss pricing. 
  • Fill out the documents upload photos, and provide a description.  
  • Click submit and your listing will come to us to list.  
  • We will add your listing to the MLS within 1-2 days after submission.  
  • After you place your order, we will send the sign, lockbox (via UPS), and arrange for photos* to be taken.
  • Your listing is live and will receive a copy of the listing to proof.

How Will Agents Show Your Property

There are two main showing appointment services for the Texas MLS. Showing Time and Broker Bay. They work exactly the same and are both work great; it depends on the MLS in your area as to which one is used. MLS’s subscribe to one of them and sometimes both, but it makes no difference to you as a seller.  

How it works: When an agent wants to show your property, there is a showing icon on your listing and all listings. The agent clicks on that icon and a window pops open and they set the time there and get all the showing instructions like the lock box code. You will get a text or email confirming the showing. It works great and makes the seller process easy. You just sit back and let the agent system work for you.

We operate a website, www.SendOffer.com. Agents are directed to submit your offer via this site on the MLS. You will receive the offer instantly as soon as the agent sends it. Additionally, an email containing the offer will be sent to you, and it will also appear in your client admin.
