How to start negotiaitons with the buyer:
* The buyer can submit a quick informal offer on our site www.BuyTwoWays.com
  • Have them send you a prequalification letter from their lender
  • Send them a copy of your seller disclosure (this is in your client admin)
  • Negotiate sales price & close date
  • How much money are they financing
  • Who is paying title insurance
  • Do you have a survey, if not, buyer normally pays for a new one
  • Are you giving possession at closing and funding or will you need a sellers temp lease
  • If you download the sales contract above we have already filled in a lot of the basics
  • We recommend that you not do a contingency unless their home is under contract and out of the option period
  • We recommend that you not let a buyer move in prior to closing
