We charge a flat fee to list your property on the MLS with no back end fees or other fees to us at closing. Many companies charge a back end or transaction fee at closing. Our flat fee service includes MLS only for clients wanting to handle the entire process themselves and we also offer full service flat fee plans where we handle the entire process.
