Our listing agreement is straightforward and uncomplicated.

- We do not impose any back-end or closing fees, unlike many other companies.
- You can cancel your listing with us at any time without facing any penalties.
- However, according to MLS regulations, we cannot cancel a listing that is currently under contract.

The commission for buyer agents can no longer be displayed on the MLS, by any company.
Instead, it is now a negotiable aspect within the sales contract, similar to the property price. more info
