* There is no need to sign a contract over the weekend. Title companies are
closed and you may get a better contract. If you feel compelled or pressured
to sign by the buyer agent, please tell them you will have a response first
thing Monday morning. Pressure is a common tactic used by agents. If you
signed up for one of our contract review listing packages, please do not sign until we
review. We check emails on weekends but may not be available to review contracts.
#1 - Once your property is under contract, please send me a copy of the
sales contract and seller's disclosure signed and dated by all parties.
Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires that I have copies of each for
my records.
#2 - Please notify us when your home closes.
